Q. What if I am a social media manager, online business manager, etc.? Are the course materials relevant to me?
A. Yes. Although we use the term Virtual Assistant (VA) throughout the course, the majority of the information can be interchanged with a variety of online businesses.

Q. What is your refund policy?
A. In order to keep the cost of our content so low, we do not offer refunds. 

Q. Do you offer one-on-one coaching? 
A. As of right now, we do not offer individual coaching sessions. 

Q. How long does it take to go through the course?
A. The course has six modules. Since we encourage you to complete the assignments as you go through the course, the average timeline is 2 - 4 weeks but can be completed at your own pace. 

Q. I live outside of the US and Canada. Is the course still relevant for me? 
A. Yes. The legal and business entity section of the course will not apply to you. While the rest of the content is relevant, you will need to research how to properly set up the legal side of your business in the country you reside in.
